Changing Your Account Information

Yes, I giggled like a school girl when I saw this. If you think about this it doesn't make any sense.

You've gone through the strenuous registration process. You've loaded the software and validated your account. You've given them your birthdate, ostensibly to verify that you are allowed to play for real money.

I guess the thought is that after weeks go by you realize you put the wrong date in. Or maybe they have a coupon promotion for Chippie Cheeses Pizza that you get a free piece of cake on your birthday and you really like cake so you want to change it. Or maybe you feel guilty for lying the first time. (Anna. You are NOT 29. Live with it.)

If you can register with a birthdate and then change it this effectively changes the necessity of the field to zero. As far as gambling for real money and being of legal age this could easily be done by a checkbox stating "By clicking on this box I admit I'm old enough to gamble for real money. Harsh penalties including decapitation, drawing and quartering, wedgies and termination of your account will apply if we find out you lied."

Alas this field only gives Chippie Cheese birthday promo scammers a chance to keep getting a piece of free cake virtually every day of the year. And that's something that is seriously wrong with this world we live in because the pizza is terrible, the games are rigged - the only way to win a stuffed animal at the claw machine is to go all in and just drop it and pray. No skill can help you. The only toppings on the pizza are Spam in your email and bad beets. And the hostesses are fat play money cash cows.
