Full Tilt is Back as a Subsidiary of PokerStars

Dear yfrumbk,

Full Tilt Poker will re-launch under new ownership on November 6th, 2012.

The Rational Group, which owns and operates PokerStars, acquired assets of Full Tilt Poker in August 2012 and appointed new senior management to re-open and operate the site as a separate brand to PokerStars, providing the online poker community with another high-quality poker platform.

As someone who has enjoyed the play-money tables on Full Tilt Poker in the past, we are pleased to welcome you back, following re-launch on November 6th.

Please note that we will not offer real money online poker in the U.S. until such time as there is regulation and licensing permitting this. As such, when the site re-opens for play on November 6th, only our play-money games will be available to U.S. residents.

Our agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice allows for PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker to apply for relevant gaming licenses if and when they are made available. We look forward to the opportunity to provide real-money online poker to U.S. players in the future.

Thank you - we hope you enjoy playing again on Full Tilt Poker.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker

Oh, joy of joys. Full Tilt is coming back. And it's going to be run by the same people that run PokerStars!

The Rational Group. Yes, I'm interested in playing on Full Tilt. All those rational raises and non-random cards have me STOKED! I've never ever been cheated on a single hand of Full Tilt! I'm so excited I'm going to move out of the United States so I can play for real money! I'm thinking of moving to Washington DC because as screwed up as the Presidential election process has been going it surely can't be thought of as part of the US.

The game play on Absolute/UB, Full Tilt and PokerStars has proven to be pretty much the same over my 16 plus career on the free money tables. Idiot betting is rewarded way too often. Like the player is clairvoyant about what the table cards are going to show.

The only thing that can come about this rebranding is different graphics. I've often thought that every poker site I've visited used the same software. Hence the names already taken like Pustule that no sane player would ever want to be known as for the rest of their short after getting cheated too often career would allow.

Bring on the database with new graphics!
